Thanksgiving!

For Thanksgiving we went to visit my sister Carrie and her family in Madison, Alabama. We crossed through 5 states and drove for 12 hours to get there and it was all worth it. We got to spend a lot of time with 3 of my nieces, and they got to spend a lot of time with Oreo. One of their favorite things to do was to take Oreo on walks. Carrie prepared a wonderful Thanksgiving meal on Thursday. On Friday and Saturday Mike (my sister's husband) and I went to a local high school basketball tournament while the girls stayed behind and made Christmas ornaments and did other productive things. We drove back on Sunday and made it home safely despite some traffic delays and heavy rain. I really don't have a place to put this, but maybe we should start this out with a Reagan moment.

This was the first of Oreo's many walks. The girls had their responsibilities for the walks. Kylie was the "Walker", Kiersten was the "Watergirl", and.... 

What do you know, Reagan was the designated "Pooper Scooper!"

The Arch as we were passing through St. Louis. We decided that we would have to make another trip to St. Louis to investigate this any further. At this point of the trip we were more anxious to get home then anything else.
