Nicole and I went on a hike, along with our dog Oreo this weekend. It was an overcast and windy day (see Nicole's hair in the pictures), perfect day for a hike. Usually we spend our Saturday mornings working around the house, so we can do fun stuff in the afternoon. This hike was pretty neat, and really easy. We saw numerous pillboxes on the way up from WWII, we decided we would take pictures of them the next time we do the hike. The previous night we went to see the semi-finals of the state basketball tournament. Basketball isn't so big here so we got pretty good seats. Both of the games were pretty good. Kahuku plays Iolani tonight for the championship, from what I saw Iolani should beat Kahuku. Posted by Hello

This weekend Mike and Nicole visited the Valley of the Temples in Kaneohe. The Byodo-In temple is a big attraction for tourists, and Mike likes to feed the Koi here. Posted by Hello

Nicole and I went to the Fan Appreciation festivities put on by the NFL in Waikiki during Pro Bowl weekend. We ran into Freddie the Falcon and he was so excited to see Nicole that he gave her a big kiss on the cheek! Posted by Hello

This is my beautiful wife. Lately she has gotten quite brave when it comes to hairstyles. She has chopped quite a bit off, and even colored it herself, and she only gets more beautiful! Posted by Hello

This is a picture of the Fu Manchu that I had the morning I shaved it off, Nicole wasn't a fan. Hawaii isn't ready for Mike and the Fu Manchu yet, we'll try it again in a couple of months. Posted by Hello
